Chardonnay Barrel Fermented
The exquisite Chardonnay passed through a process of fermentation and batonage in an oak barrels. The wine is full-bodied, with exquisite aroma of flowers, peach, melon and with a rich taste structure, in which you can notice the shades of ripe apples, exotic fruits, vanilla. It combines perfectly with white meat, low-fat beef, and also forms a harmonious pair with fruits, olives, pistachios, nuts and sweets.
Oak fermented and treated – 3 months.
